Acacia podalyriifolia Mt Morgan Wattle - Queensland Silver Wattle.
A delight in flower, but it spreads easily from seed and can become a weed when it grows in the wrong area
Construction details:
Leaves - stitched with rayon thread
Blossoms - nylon carpet fibre
Buds - stitched with rayon thread
Stems - nickel-chromium wire, wrapped with rayon thread
All hand dyed with fibre-reactive and disperse dyes
Length 14cm approximately
